Destin March Fishing Report:
We booked another group trip on Saturday, March 10th. This trip was ran by Captain Joey and Captain Adam. The trip was originally scheduled to be a Gulf of Mexico charter; however, as the charter date drew closer, we knew we would have to change it to a Bay fishing charter. The clients arrived to the Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin and we loaded up the boats. We traveled into the Choctawhatchee Bay and put the clients on some fish. The guys were having a fishing competition between the boats. Considering the weather was cold and windy and the current was ripping; overall, the guys did well. We put them on Black Drum, Sheepshead, Pompano, Black Snapper, and plenty of other fish. The highlight of their trip was the Black Drum caught at the Brooks Bridge in Fort Walton Beach.
